I am a certified reflexologist dedicated to helping you achieve balance and wellness through the art of reflexology. With additional training in reflexology palliative care, reflexology lymphatic drainage (RLD) and reflexology foot reading, I specialise in using targeted pressure techniques on specific points of the feet and hands to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural healing processes.

In addition to reflexology I am also a reiki master and AromaTouch® practitioner. And have done additional studies in grief counselling, palliative care and aromatherapy.
